Hair Colors

My Rainforest Green hair keeps coming out pink. I swear I read all the instructions on the box and waited exactly the length of time indicated on the instruction but despite many attempts at correctly dying my hair to the perfect green shade, it keeps coming out pink as soon as I leave the vanity.

Please help :)

• I bet you didn't shake the bottle long enough.
  
  I'm sure of that. 
  
  But as my cosmetology certificate was denied when I poured some peroxide on the instructor's hair at the graduation party, so I could be wrong, and I will have to make double sure with our chief hairdresser.

• I KNEW it was the shaking! Darn it! Please let me know when your stylist has come up with a fix. I fear if I try anything more myself, my hair will simply fall out.

• Your stylist did it! The new label and instructions gave me the BEST color! Thank you!!! You'd never even know it had been pink AND nothing fell out :)
