Rube doesn't like sneezing potions
I was under the effects of a sneezing potion. Drinking the Rube lure potion didn't lure him out of hiding. I walked a few streets, and nothing. No matter what I did, he didn't show up. The "Rube" potion buff was active on me.
As soon as the effects of the sneezing potion wore off, Rube appeared as usual.
