Bag vendor

I just started off with the tutorial.  Already bought a bag but it wont let me leave. It said that I haven't bought my bag from the vendor.. but i already have a bag.

  1) reloading
  2) dropping the bag then picking it straight up
  
  if neither work I suggest asking for help either
  
  by using the help chanel look for the ?Live help to the right of the game screen
  
  or
  submit a bug report (if you havent already) once in game use the little spider/bug top right of screen.
