Can't get into the game

I click on enter the world and the glitch world loads and so does the page saying entering margrat garlicks house. But it stops at 100% and the friends list or the bug report or the inventory doesn't load so i cant use the game

  In the known issues thread, we have instructions for problems loading the game; you can also always access the help menu to open a ticket.
