Stuck!

The game froze loading an img card (arbor hollow) and so I reloaded. When I returned, the state of loading the area was the same frozen percentage but now my chat functionality is non-existant. I have a local window but that's useless. I can't get to live help or anything. I have reloaded several times now, same deal. Help?

• Go to your profile page, and go to your home street. That should help you get into the game.
