[known issue] Floating checkmarks and highlights in skills table

Go to skills page.
Hover over a skill you want to learn.

Expected Behavior: The checkmarks and highlighted boxes in the table below should not lay on top of the informational box that pops up when I hover over a skill in the area towards the top.

Actual Behavior: The checkmarks and highlighted outlines of boxes float above that informational box.

(I have a screenshot, if you would like me to post it, but I'm not sure how to upload it.)
