Kindly Act of Randomness not updating
Update: please disregard. I think I was trying to give to people who weren't in view. The quest has been cleared.
The number of items I've given to other players in the Kindly Act of Randomness quest doesn't appear to be updating. Can you only give certain items? I know you can only give to players at level 3, 4, and 5.
