Odd arithmetic in the 11-1511 quest
The arithmetic used in the 11-1511 quest is a bit odd. I accumulated a bit over 1511 favor points with Cosma. However, when I wanted to spend it, the skill I was learning would only take around 1250 points. I decided to spend it anyway and complete the quest that requires 997 points, figuring that the lower number taken wouldn't complete the 1511-11 quest.
Lo and behold, both quests completed. Apparently just having 1511 points available to spend is enough to complete the quest, regardless of whether it's actually used.
If this is the intended behavior it needs to be explained more clearly.
