Lesser buggy things
After the aborted try at the rainbow run (stewart helped me out), my game still said "Rainbow Run: 30 secs left"... even after a couple of restarts.
The butterfly flies into the ground just before the East Hechey Clearing sign in West Hechey Clearing. (There's a hill... the butterfly flies into the hill.)
In Uncle Friendly's Emporium, I wasn't able to select the numbers by clicking on them and typing in a new number.
Not a bug, but not worthy of its own topic: There should be an easy way to say "all" when you're selling something to a vendor.
