OMG! Unexpected Disconnection

Just recently, I've been getting a message saying [OMG! Unexpected Disconnection] instead of the [# Socket Security Error --> #2048]. However, I don't get either of these messages when I'm using internet at home.

I'm using the latest Chromium browser and the latest flash player.
