Confusing items/requirements for cooking

I had a couple of issues with things being unclear in my three hours of playing:

* recipes requiring "cheese" not accepting "fancy cheese"
* recipes requiring "grains" not accepting "oats" (which are, by definition, a grain)

Maybe I'm dense. But I guess that's for you guys to decide. :)
