JooJoos are running amok; Can't get in the game; Panic!

Sorry for cross-posting this from Bugs. I know how quickly, during tests, those scroll off the page, and I'm concerned it'll get lost. So ... deep breath ...

Beginning in the last testing session some time, something happened to my account, and I can't get into the game. Any time I try to enter the game, I get the thermometer, then I get an error screen, asking for details of the crash, and then the page shows me the "OMG Reload" message.

When I try to get to my Skills page, I get the "Bad JooJoos" page and can't get in.

I thought this was a global bug in the last round of testing, but when I posted to the forums, it seemed like it was only affecting me.

I've tried restarting my browser (Firefox), and I've tried accessing it from other browsers (Chrome), but that doesn't seem to work. I'm using the debug version of Flash, if that matters. I'm on a Mac.

  • Yep, should be good now. You had some "faulty" red elements in your Elemental Pouch: we owe you a new one :)

    And, for your and everyone else's reference, there is now a ticketing system for help: alpha.glitch.com/help/report/ — the good thing about that is you can get email replies to your questions.
