Does this mean the person was banned, or they deleted their account, or what? Sort of confused here!

• Sometimes it means the account was deleted by the devs, not just deleted by the player.  I've seen this happen when a player was too young per TOS and was reported, but I'm sure there are other TOS violations that may cause the devs to delete an account.
