If you are still going after the paper harvesting badges, here's an optimized route

I had almost forgot I made it... I plotted it the best that I could, and it supposedly is an optimized route allowing you to visit as many paper trees as possible in one go. Your mileage may vary according to the time bonuses you get while walking, though. Happy badging!

• If you have the skills, why not teleport to all of the places? There aren't really anymore daily teleport limits and you can work on the teleport badges, too!
