Short and rare tests vs. long term playability

While the game is obviously early alpha, and I'm sure much of the point of tests to date is mostly to check the game doesn't break too easily, I'm a bit concerned that if you're also testing to get general feedback on Glitch early on, availability of the game, or lack thereof, is going to hand you somewhat unrepresentative feedback about how much people will prove to really like the game you're building and come back to actually play it when the rarity of access and the novelty it arguably delivers, disappears.
