Missing Animation for Actions

At random times in the world, and almost always at my house, the animations/progress bars for Watering and Petting do not appear by my character. Not a big deal, as the action does complete, but thought I'd point it out. Still having fun!

  And yeah, its been happening to me a lot too. The only reason I know something is happening in the first place is that the movement keys don't do anything. :P

• Same. Though it's also happening with Mining. Though some places they appear, but if it doesn't work once in an area it doesn't seem to work even if I come back later. [adding this just incase this gets moved over to bugs where it belongs]
