4 people near a peat bog
Everybody, if you see 4 or more people near a peat bog, they are doing the "Peter out Peat" quest, please don't harvest the peat until it says "Empty me out! Go!", because a full peat bog is needed for the quest and it's kind of hard to find one and to coordinate the party.
