Blending ingredients

Where do you find hot 'n' fizzy sauce? i haven't found any way to buy or make it.

I think you have to get certain achievements to learn how to make it - try making a bunch of other sauces? I haven't gotten it yet either.

You may also need to make a few things with the saucepan to get the recipe unlocked.
