Selling my home!

I am looking to upgrade from my little home in Groddle Forest to a bigger one in Rasana or Salatu, around the 30K range.  But I don't know how this works!  What happens to the stuff in my cabinet/trophy case?  What happens to my animals?  Who will look after Percival, Gertrude, Annebelle and their friends if I sell?

• You have to move the stuff in your cabinet manually. Your trophies go over on their own. As for the animals... they stay behind for the next owner OR you can use the animal youth potion to make them babies again and take them with you.
  
  If you don't have enough room in your inventory to take everything, you'll probably need to employ the use of a friend to dump stuff at their house while you move.

• Don't sell until you've taken everything off the property you want to keep. It will all be transfered to the new owner. 
  
  If you want to take your animals with you try potion of animal youth.
