Thinking of Selling This Ro0k Nest Bed - I need a valuation?
I dug this dusty old Ro0k Nest Bed out of the basement of my tower and am thinking of selling it.

Not sure that I will, but I am wondering what the market for these beds is.
This is the bed that killed the whole Ro0k line of furniture and many naughty things have happened in it.
Should I sell now, or hold on to it?

I also have one of these and want to know the average price before I go selling. Of course Jope can go first, I wont list mine until Jope is entirely happy with the valuation they have been given.
I'm not here to boost or undercut. I just want to know what the last one went for too.
Dunno if it helps but I was promised a faulty chick and 250K at one point but did not sell on that day at that moment and lost out on that offer. - Offering 500k for it.
- I saw an offer for it for a mil, and that was an early bid. No idea what it went for in the end (was on trade channel) but I'm pretty sure you could *easily* get a million.

- I have one for sale in tower with 2 upgrades.
- Tilly, you may have already sold a ro0k bed but the one I'm seeing in your tower now is the new variety.
