Christmas dinner!
What are you making/having for Christmas dinner this year?
Traditional, family faves, off the wall, pizza, Grandma's house?
Ham, mashed potatos, gravy, green beans, mincemeat tarts, eggnog and the usually candies and cookies. I've decided just to keep it simple this year.

- Usually we do a themed Christmas with my entire extended family. One year it was Mexican food, another it was Italian...it's like a giant pot luck. Everybody brings a dish that fits the theme and we all chow down haha. :) This year we're not doing a formal dinner, but we're all bringing appetizers and desserts.

We're having roast beef, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, roast carrots, parsnips, and sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce and tons of gravy. With mince pies and mulled cider for afters!
There's only three of us, so it's easy enough to do lots of things. :D
