Bio the Dragon

I was never able to get it to work myself. Glad I got to see the heart before the end, though. <3

Notes

Dear Traveler,
My name is Bio the Dragon. This is my last letter. I will make sure of this. My quill will remain stationary forevermore in my home, my blank papers will be scattered all across the wind.

I am writing this to tell you where I plan to die. Like the salmon that comes back upstream after its long journey to the sea, so too have I returned from my journey around the world. I have visited every street on the map and many more that cannot be found on such a simple piece of paper. And yet in all my journeys I have never found a place more beautiful than this.

I will sit here at the end of all things, watch the moon slowly glisten on the water, listen to the wind sing, and sip on wine of the dead. Oh, how I'll miss this beautiful world. How I longed to have spent a longer time here. This place existed for years before I came, but I will see it off along with the rest of you.

May the next imagining be even more splendid than this, and may we yet play a long time.

Best wishes,
Bio.
Dear Traveler,
The odds are good that this will be the last letter I ever write.

It was in this place that I finally completed the map of Ur. I have visited every street, bar seams and some quest locations I assume. I have been every mapped place on Ur and several that have not been mapped. Even Groddle Heights was completed at my hand. I saved this region for last, for I had never set foot here before. It is more barren than I imagined.

I will return to the Vortex, I suppose, and to my home, and to the lakeside in Nottis where I can see the moon. It is there that I intend to spend the last of my days, watching the snowy clouds drift along the dark night sky, as the wind howls in the distance. I have never found a more peaceful place to be, nor have I cried so hard in any other location in Ur.

I hope you all keep exploring, though the end is nigh.

Best wishes,
Bio.
These items have stories behind them
The Pi on the left was given to me by Mastry, the first good friend I met through Glitch. He gave me five others as well, all of which have since been sold. But not this one.

In the middle is a Faded Heart I recieved from the phantom glitch quest. It's sweet that he gives his heart away, because he's found someone who he can love. Who fought tooth and nail to seek him out.

Last, a showy sapphire my father gave me. I asked him to play this game with me because we both miss each other while I'm away at college. Unfortunately, I asked him to join shortly before the announcement of closing was made. I feel bad I got him involved in this world all too late. But I still love that he and I got to play together.
The end times are here, so here I go.
Reality is a story the mind tells itself.
I killed a chicken.
His name was Steve. He lived on the second floor.

I gave him his last squeeze.

He exploded.

I didn't even know chickens coud die like that in this game.

... He will be missed.

Best wishes,
Bio
For the end times.
