Is the Fox Flurrier achievement even working yet? When I last tried, we had 3 foxes in the street, but no one got the badge.

Yes! We finally got it after many many attempts. We stood as close as we could to the sign and all ignited there at once. We had 7 ppl in the preserve and another couple-ish right outside.
