No offense, but i dont really like the loveseat right there.....
I love the sofa, the side tables, the counter, and especially the vases full of flowers!!!
I'm wondering if you might be wanting to break up the perfectly centred symmetry. I'd also remove the love seat, but move the couch and side-tables so that they're centred more on the left-hand 2/3s of the space. Then I would place something decorative centred on the right hand 1/3 - like an alakol willow plant, or the big vase of flowers, or venus de muufo.
I'd take out the loveseat & the counter, otherwise I think it's coming together nicely!
The quilted sofa works well with the marble pedestals & floor, & I like both the striped walls & the symmetry of the room - it is very formal which I think works with the marble floor & pedestals.
Did you try the rug in front of the sofa instead of the counter? I'd be tempted to see how the white or pearly white benches look in front of it. & I agree with Scarlett - the Venus or Alakol Willow Plant might look good in this room too, especially the Venus room decoration!
Oh my gosh, I can't believe I forgot to mention! That loveseat is a placeholder for the loveseat that matched the sofa! So that's why it's so ugly, I am aware of its hideousness ;)
