I love the minimalism of the upper level. I assume the lone bear amongst the lips is demonstrating a fear of emotional involvement caused by a traumatic childhood.

I was lucky to have a not-so-traumatic childhood, and the lips and lone bear was done by a kind lady. It becomes more plain as you move to the left, haha.
