So the signpost's are gone.. .but the actual housing/streets still accessible via tp set points?

it seems that way. When I entered the Game at opening I was at Moraba Plains Qtr. I don't know why. I took some shots of it though. When I exited ontot the street there was no longer a sign for the Qtr.

Interesting for sure! I wasn't in my old home when I last logged out and wondered how it would have worked for those that were?
