Make them. Battery powered LED's that will cycle the lights, cram them in a frosted jar, turn them on. It looks like flireflies moving around.

Wow, it seems there are a number of tutorials already. One looks nice but requires circuit board soldering, so I'll keep that one in mind in case I can't find anything simpler. What am I getting myself into?
