Howdja get so little?

When you pass by the Icon of Pot on stoot's street, you become little for about 4-5 seconds. If you jump over the Icon, nothing happens. No idea what's going on! Maybe it's something they're cooking up for us??

Perhaps, shrinking potion?

It's an invisible item he has placed in front of the icon, according to stoot. It does lots of other things besides making you small. It can make you microscopic! Or it can make you walk really slowly! Or it can make you bounce like a rainbow drink! Or....
