<3 for putting up with me when I'm all cranky and whiny and stressed about work, when I know you are just as stressed with things too.

<3 :)
Dear Stoot,
thank you for all you and your friends have done. This is one of the most awesomest games i've ever played! I really love how the staff members are so open about being staff members and are open to fixxing the bugs! So please tell all of the staff members, I GIVE A BIG THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Legend of the Stars
They say the moon was plucked from the sky so that the giants could find their way amongst the stars.
In turn, they gave us the moon so we could find our way around Ur. But they didn't think it through you see, for they never imagined that they would imagine so many. So, to keep up with demand, they started making moons from fox fibers and giving them to the Glitchen.

Humbaba found this all quite silly, and made fireflies to light the way. Because as every smart giant knew, the moon reflected the stars.

Remeber visiting my street? Were you the one who took all my potatoes and didn't replant? That's was pretty rude.
To get seeds, you feed a pig 3 veggies...that gives you one pack of shouldn't come on someones home street & take things & not replant....
Thanks Stoot
It's been great.
Thank you
Thank you for Glitch. It has meant a lot to me, more than I can really express in a note. Thanks for doing everything you could to keep it running.
A note!
Thanks for Creating such a Wonderful Magical world, fell in luv within just few days !

Am speechless right now, but Best Wishes to you Stoot and the team:)

I hope the booze helps the passing.
Thank you for creating an amazing experience that I greatly enjoyed playing.
<3 thankyou
Thank you so much for making this game.
It has kept me sane and happy where no one else around me is willing to be creative or lovely.
I am genuinely crying :)

I wish there were some way that I could help keep the game running. If possible, could you guys keep the encyclopedia up as an archive? I love all the little conversations i've had with pigs and shrines and trees and rocks and i don't want them to dissappear into the nothing of the internets.

I hope you have a wonderful life, and that your future project are filled with as much love and beauty as this one.

<3 to all at Tiny Spec

Your kindness knows no bounds. Spread this joy in the real world as well and remember that Ur will never stop existing... in your heart.
To Stoot and Friends
This has been an amazing game with one of the best community and player bases in any game. A game based on kindness and quirky generosity. Though it is coming to an end, and it is a sad thing, I (and likely many Glitchens) thank you and the staff for all of your hard work in making this place a literal rainbow of joy.

I have so many friends who also enjoy this game and will miss it. Your dream and your work has not been in vain! We'll all carry a piece of it with us long after the Giants have woken up. Nothing is really dead as long as it's remembered.

Pour one out for yourselves and look forward to the future.

From the bottom of my heart,
please stoot,
please, don't do it. I guess your heartbreak in this must be the greatest of all, but maybe, maybe, there is something that can be done that you have a hard time seeing, because it is all so hard. I am begging you - because I am a philosopher like you and this place was the first I have ever seen that is what virtual places could be at their best, in the future. The opposite of the worst they might become. If there is anything anyone can do, that I could do, please let me know. Best, Karin
Dear Stoot
Thank you for creating an amazing, creative world. Although things unfortunately did not work out, you still brought happiness to thousands of players. This world allowed me to meet many new people, and spend hundreds of hours having fun exploring, and doing quests. I'm sure you and the rest of Tiny Speck will go on to develop even more amazing creations for people to experience.

Thank you,
an open letter to stoot and tinyspeck,
i discovered glitch through word of mouth a few months ago. i graduated high school this june and like every other teenager, i had no idea what i wanted to do with my life. so i opted not to go to college and take a year off while i figure things out for myself. the internet proved boring over the summer, but as it dwindled to an end a bunch of my friends started talking about this cool new game they'd never heard of before. and i mean, EVERYONE, not a person i knew wasn't at lest trying it out. so i asked for an invite and started playing immediately. i had no idea that what i found would blossom into what could be called some kind of addiction...

but it's really more like a second home. thank you for creating something beautiful to relax my mind and bring me closer to people i never would have met without global and random hi's/quests. i look forward to whatever it is you guys have in store for us next!

sincerely, with love,
melody dean

Dearest Stoot (And all staff)

Thank you so much for everything. Glitch will live on. The friends we have made here will continue to be our friends and we will always have our fond memories. There is no other game like Glitch and there never will be.

End of Days (1/4)
Life is a funny thing. When you first experience it everything is exciting and new and wonderful. After a while that feeling tends to fade and things just are. Life becomes routine, and while sometimes still wonderful, true discovery is harder to come by. At the end of life everything is precious. Nothing is mundane; everything is nostalgic. Every action has meaning; every word has value. As Glitchen, we have never truly experienced this end-of-life revelation and it? is? terrifying.

End of Days (2/4)
I am what most would still consider a young Glitchen?only about two years old?but at this point what does it matter? The end comes for us all and it?s funny to me that we should be sad over this event, and not angry at the time we?ve wasted in a world doomed to die. It?s funny, but not surprising, and not stupid because time spent in Ur was never wasted. Sadness and regret are the only emotions that make sense. We mourn the world, not as it was or will be in the end, but as it could have been if only we?d had more time. We mourn, not for the friends we lose, but the friends we could have made. We mourn for all the possible versions of ourselves that we will never become.

Dear Stoot,
I must thank you and your team for making such a fun beautiful game. You have kept me spell bound for nearly 2 years, I was of the Faunasphere gang. Glad to say we all fitted in so well here, if you start another game, I would be pleased to alpha or beta it. It is such a shame, that after all this it had to close. I think there was too much free stuff for none sub players, I was pleased to be able to help by buying my moly sub. Thank You.

Miss Melody xx
Thanks, Tiny Speck
Glitch has been such fun and I'm sorry it is shutting down, but I look forward to seeing what you all think of next! <3
End of Days (3/4)
I don?t know what will happen to us in the end, I?m not sure if the Giants themselves know, but I have my beliefs and I choose believe that this is not truly the end. There may be no more Glitchen to walk the world and there may not even be a world to walk, but things that have been imagined cannot truly be lost. I believe we will live on, in other ways and new imaginations. The Giants will create more worlds and perhaps we will be lucky enough to visit those too. We will remember and be remembered in some form or fashion and maybe someday in another life our stories will be legend.

End of Days (4/4)
These are sad times as we count down to our final days and think on what we might have done, but I know my fellow Glitchen and this will also be a time of celebration. We celebrate the amazing things we accomplished in the brief time given to us and more importantly we celebrate the Glitchen and Giants who made those things possible. We celebrate each other and in doing so we reaffirm the message that whatever happens to us, this world meant something and will continue to mean something until the end of imagination.

Thank you for the best game ever made.
Hi Stoot, been playing Glitch for over a year and I love it dearly. It will forever hold a special place in my heart and help me see that there IS good in the world, even if its an online world. Take care. <3

Thank you
I can't stop. Each time the sense of loss turns me from this Urld, the millions of other senses bring me right back. So sad but also wishing the end was only a dream.

I had such a wonderful time here.

Thank you for sharing!
A note!
Great Game Stoot! It will be a sad moment whe your servers shut down but you know what they say, all good things must come to an end and Glitch was a great game! Maybe someday someone will get a stroke genius and take off where you and your team left off but it will never be "Glitch". As far as I can tell, you and your team have become immortal! Best wishes!
Thank You Stoot!
Thanks for a year of an amazing game. You did a wonderful job of pushing a tough technology to its limits! Even though I will be sorry to see you go, I look forward to getting all of that time back. Maybe I'll go for my PhD! :)

There is no doubt that you created an amazing work of art, but I especially liked how you made the game cooperative, and not competitive. I hope this isn't the end of your creative endeavors and you'll allow us to keep track of your future expoits. Cheers! :D
Dear Stoot
Have a good meal !

And smile :-)
Thank You
Thank you so much for making Glitch happen. My teenager son and I found common ground on Glitch, and spent many happy hours here.

If it happens that some angel investor comes through, I will be very happy, as this is an interesting game from a number of angles, and a great way to relax and unwind. If you decide to develop more games, I'd love to be on the notification list.

Thank you again for an amazingly fun game,

Windswept (and Seriandeur)
Hello and Goodbye and Thanks
On November 11th a newish friend of mine asked if I'd ever been introduced to the world of Glitch. I admitted I hadn't, and he promptly invited me to join. At first reluctant, I was instantly absorbed into this beautiful world, it's haunting music and endless opportunity for adventure. I relished the chance to play for time to come. A few days later, the notice was posted of the world's end. As disappointing as it is to be drawn in to something so soon only to see it go, I am glad I gave it a chance and I have no regrets. I am grateful to be a part of Ur even if the time is brief. The imagery and the melodies will be at the fringes of my dreams for some time to come.

Thanks for the wonderful experiences and the opportunity to live the dream you've had for over a decade. Best of luck in your new ventures as well.

I have a small hope you will carry this dream with you and one day give it to a chicken to incubate so it hatches a-new :)

So long and thanks for all the Glitch! ^_^

Thank you for Glitch
Thank you for the wonderful game and the beautiful memories.

I hope that you finally get to make a neverending game and I hope I will be playing it.

Holy Pingas!
You've got a lot of notes lying around here, bub.

So, for shits and giggles and a big end project for myself, I made my mega tower fhloston paradise.

and yes it's all fifth element themed:

Thanks for making such an awesome game where I could do something as nuts as this!
"Ur" the best!
Hey Stoot.

You may never have met me, but I have engrossed myself in your work for a fair while. I will admit, I betrayed you a bit. I played this game for a month, in the run-up to a big launch, and forgot about it for quite a while. But after seeing the closing notice on Massively, all the thoughts came rushing back. The fun times I had with friends, the incredibly charming and witty sense of humour, the quirky story, and brilliant soundtrack. The customisation, the maturity of the player base, the up-beat theming with dark undertones, the subtle adult referencing, the immersive zones and the beautiful giants. I rushed back to play and have been enthralled once again. Shame it's going to end. I hope Glitch lives on in people's heads and hearts, and someone will carry the torch or the ripples will reach out into the future. Thank you, so, so much. The gaming world needs people with as much passion and iMGination as you. Take care.

Nice music :)
i can't say it enough...
your game is awesome. thank you.

i am not a gamer. and i love this game. so sad that i only found it 5 or 6 weeks ago and now it's dying. i'm so sorry it didn't work out.

i wanted to tell you i just found the plate of beans today and had the privilege of overthinking that plate of beans so many times. that reinforced it for me. how much i love this game, how perfect this game is for someone like me. to overthink the plate of beans. such a simple thing. soooooo like me to overanalyze something to the point of being ridiculous. i love this game.

thank you for creating this world, this game. thank you for working so hard on it. i wish it would be around a while longer, so i could fully experience this world, this game, and to find everything else here that is as perfect as overthinking a plate of beans.

good luck to you and the rest of the team. thanks again for helping me survive my final weeks working in guantanamo bay, cuba. moving back to usa 12-11-2012.

Thanks for all the Glitchiness
Dear Stoot - I just wanted to give a hearty "thanks" for creating this amazing game. I live and work in the Bay Area and really believed Glitch and Tiny Speck were going to reach profitability. (I was plotting to come work for you once you got beyond hiring just devs and community leaders -- mwahaha...)

You've built a fun, beautiful and inspiring game, and I'm thankful I've been able to play with you for the past year+.

Be well, and take heart in the fact that your game has been the catalyst for a million acts of Glitchy kindness.

Please read me!
Hey Stewart,

I'm a journalist from Halifax, Canada. I'm doing a story on how Glitch is a 'safe space' for people, and particularly how one person found her way out of depression with Glitch. Could I chat with you? On the phone? Shoot me an email: And thanks for the game.
Dear Stewie
I love you with all my heart and all my soul and I am still waiting for you. No home, Home, or HOME exists without you.

Eternally yours,

All moments, past, present, and future
The most important thing I learned on Tralfamadore was that when a person dies he only appears to die. He is still very much alive in the past, so it is very silly for people to cry at his funeral. All moments, past, present, and future, always have existed, always will exist. The Tralfamadorians can look at all the different moments just the way we can look at a stretch of the Rocky Mountains, for instance. They can see how permanent all the moments are, and they can look at any moment that interests them. It is just an illusion we have here on Earth that one moment follows another one, like beads on a string, and that once a moment is gone it is gone forever.

When a Tralfamadorian sees a corpse, all he thinks is that the dead person is in bad condition in that particular moment, but that the same person is just fine in plenty of other moments.

---Vonnegut, Kurt. Slaughterhouse-Five

So it goes.
?When a Tralfamadorian sees a corpse, all he thinks is that the dead person is in bad condition in that particular moment, but that the same person is just fine in plenty of other moments. Now, when I myself hear that somebody is dead, I simply shrug and say what the Tralfamadorians say about dead people, which is ?So it goes.??

A theory.
I think Glitch is just TOO awesome to exist. Like, maybe over time the level of awesome would just become too much for us to handle? Just maybe.

Yes, it has been fun. I hope that you had fun, too.

You've made a game that's become too good to be true. Thankyou!
A note!
Yes, Mushrooms, you are absolutely correct.

Indeed mushroom, indeed.
My fellow Glitchians..
In 8 days, Ur will be gone. But I will never forget it. Thank you for being part of this beautiful world with me. Stop here for a minute, listen to the music, and enjoy the wonderfulness that is Ur...
Muchas gracias muchacho
Stoot... you have given me two great internet worlds: Flickr and Glitch. Thank you and thank you again. Looking forward to the next online adventure in whatever form it takes. Best to you and the team.

A note!
As a Lone Druid, prophet of balance, and all things just and correct, I can tell you that Mushroom's theory is correct. It was foretold in the stars, and trees, and such.

Thank you for sharing the Giants' dreams - YOUR dream - with all of us. I promise I will sing to the next butterfly I see.

I go to meet my lover Death

and all my sorrows are as yesterday...
Thank you! Grazie! Obrigada!
Thank you for this game! I really appreciated the randomness and the I-don't-really-know-what-I'm-supposed-to-do thing. That's what drew me to this place in the first place.

Borbo :)
Thank you :)))
I've only been in the game for a few weeks, but I'm so very glad I found it. It has been a lifeline for me at a very difficult time of my life, and I suspect the same is true for many others. So I'm sad that Glitch is closing, but very grateful to you and the team for creating such a Wonderful World for us to be wonderful in.
A note!
Thank you for Glitch! Sorry that the other players and I couldn't keep it all afloat for you. Many businesses fail after only a short time, others succeed beautifully but shut down anyway. :)

P.S. Clean up your street, man, it's a disaster! ;)
Thank you
I was here and then I was gone for so long.. what they call 'real' life got in the way... so glad I am here to bid a bittersweet farewell to such a beautiful place. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
A note!
I only found this game a couple of months ago and was enchanted. It made me happy. I dreamed about it. We have looked for other games to play, but so far, nothing has the quality, quirkiness, fun and beauty of Glitch. I hope to know if you ever do another game because we'll be there in a heart beat. Good luck in all you do.
A note!
BTW - Thank you all. :'-)
A note!
Dear stoot,

I wish you the best and hope all you dreams come true.
Hopefully, whatever you create next will have a better future than Glitch had and will become a huge success.

Thank you for creating Glitch. I will never forget the joy I had in this game. <3

Until the End
I didn't know who you were when I came across your street, but seeing all of the notes left here for you was so inspiring. There something special about a game when it can make an impact on you so quickly. Every day is a new adventure and the land of UR, although it has gotten older, has never grown old.

Beyond a game is what you helped to create my friend. Even as I stood on your street to write this, I made a new friend from Munich. This is probably what world piece would look like. Don't know if that is what you were going for, but it happened.

Here's to you and the rest of your team. Don't stop dreaming until the end.
We'll never forget
Stoot, this game has been something revolutionary. Thanks for all the fun and sharding and building and butterfly-milking, and for building a world we can all be proud to have been a part of. Best wishes!

- Rattie
Thanks for all the fun and memories. In our hearts Glitch is a real place. I hope that it gets placed in a box and saved instead of lost forever to the memory hole.
A note!
gotta go,
Dear Stoot
Please thank your whole team for me. This has been such a happy-making game. You've all accomplished so much with this world and have made all our lives a little better from it.

A note!
Thank you to you and all the amazing people who worked on this amazing game! You all created something amazing and inspiring. I've never seen such a supportive and friendly online world and that's something to be proud.

Best of luck to all the people at Glitch on all your future projects!
Thank you for creating a game like none I could've ever imagined. This world meant so much to so many people. I will miss it so much.
A note!
Thank you.

Glitch is and will always be amazing.
That was Fun!!!!
Write something!
Thank you for this wonderful world
It's a gloriously witty, beautiful looking and sounding, playful and fun world. Thank you.
You'll be okay. Just remember:
Anything is possible. What is not forgotten is never really lost.
A note!
Thanks. You didn't have t give us this month of joy to share, but yo did, and it's been so uplifting. Glitch has made a massive difference to my mostly housebound life. Thank you.
Dear Stoot
I may not have ever known you in game, but you have been one of the most influential people in my life because of this world you envisioned and made happen. Thank you so much for everything -- finding such an awesome team of amazing artistic force and vision, bringing a completely atypical game to life, remaining connected to the community here instead of hiding away in your office like so many other game staffs do, etc. Good luck in whatever it is you decide to do next! Sincerely, Laura
A note!
Thanks stoot! I had a blast. =)
Thanks for an amazing game
Piece of it will always live on. Dont give up, really, dont. I always dreamed of creating a game like this. And I can think of many people who would have loved this game if they knew. Just take a step back, look over what you had, where you went wrong.. and then try, try again! You'll make it. Guranteed.
Thank you <3
May we all meet again in another dream one day.
Nothing loved is ever lost
Weep not, nothing ever truly loved is ever lost.

Thank you for such a lovely world.
Thanks for making it happen, Stoot! Glitch was wonderful and different. For a certain crowd dissatisfied with the majority of online games, Glitch was a rare oasis in the desert. Who knows if we'll ever find another.
A note!
This coupon good for THREE (3) free Blarg (TM) products.
Thank you
This game is absolutely preposterous
Yet, I kind of like it
And I'm sure as hell going to miss it.

Thanks for two years full of fun and imagination.
A note!
Thank you Tiny Speck :)
Thanks and best wishes
I just wanted to add my own thanks and salutations.
Glitch is an amazing work of art, and a beautiful world to live in, however briefly.

I find myself surprisingly attached to it, and quite sad that it is to be no more.

However, tis better to have loved and lost, so you have my gratitude for being able to be a part of such a beautiful, fun, silly, unique, and yes, preposterous world!
Bye Bye
It's a shame that this game couldn't make it.... Hope you'll save the database and connect for future projects. cheers, D.
Sad to see this wonderful amazing crazy game go, but I had the best year and half wandering around in the imagination of 11 giants!
I wish you all the best for the future!

Bye and thanks!
Thanks so much for bringing your vision to life, even if it was shorter than we would have liked. I be watching Tiny Speck for more interesting and wonderful things.

Best wishes,
Lucille Ball
I wish I could build a huge dong for you too. <3
I like cheese.
I like cheese.
I like cheese
I like cheese, and I hope you do too.
I just wanted to say thank you for everything. The game, the people in it, the fact that you were able to make a non-combat, non-killing things game so much fun, able to make a game that was such a change of pace, that it totally surprised me and blew me away. Thank you for the humor, thank you for all of the updates that were constantly adding new and exciting stuff to the game to try. Thank you for the fun animals, the avatars, the groups and community, and everything else. I was only here for about a year, but I still was deeply changed by the game and the difference between it and games like World of Warcraft and others that I play. It has given me (and will continue to give me) new ways to look at life. Finally, I have to say thank you for the wonderful team that gave us all of this and made me laugh so much. (I'm looking at you, Kukubee). I hope that you will always be here, in some capacity, making something new or different that makes me think different. Thank you so much. :)
thank you
Thanks for everything, Stoot and the TS team.
Thank you
Thank you for the countless hours spent adventuring and exploring in Ur. This has been such a happy place, I'm sad to see it go.

Thank you for the memories!
Someday we'll find it...
Thank you, Tiny Speck, greeters, guides, and all the Glitchen of Ur.

Life's like a movie, write your own ending...
Keep believing, keep pretending...
We've done just what we've set out to do,
Thanks to the lover, the dreamers, and YOU!

So long, and thanks for the fish
Thank you for having the imagination and commitment to create such a wonderful game. It has reminded me of the good in humanity and whilst I shall miss it hugely, I am taking away the lesson that there *are* people out there in RL, who admittedly may be a bit strange, but who believe in generousity, unconditional support and just having fun! I wish you all the best in your future endeavours and to the rest of the TS team!
Thank you, Tiny Speck.
To paraphrase classic knowledge, nothing lasts forever, and all good things must come to an end.

I thought this good thing would last much longer, but I've been wrong before.

From the day I got my beta invite, to the sweet lullaby of Goodnight Groddle when the testing periods ended, to the Great Reset, to the launch and unlaunch, to the iMG conversion, to the housing overhaul, and every little event and change sprinkled love for this game grew and grew and GREW!

There's something to be said for knowing when the end is. With that particular uncertainty out the window, more important things can be focused on: exploration, laughter, creativity, community, and countless other graces.

However, when the game closes for the final time and the Giants wake up from their slumber, I won't be crying. This chapter was worth every moment, and I'm eternally grateful that your brilliant minds saw fit to bestow such a gift upon all the Glitchen.

Thank you for everything.
Thank you Stoot!!!
Best wishes in the future.
A change in caretakers.
It's hard to imagine that tomorrow I won't be able to come and check in on my house, and my butler. I left her with supplies so she can live at my house and take care of the street forever. That's how I like to believe things will go on. The butlers are left to tend to Ur.
Thank you so much stoot!
Thank you for making Glitch amazing!! I wish it wasn't over, but it was fun while it lasted!! :D
Sweet sweetness
I came late to Glitch, having just discovered it about a month before the shutdown was announced. I am sorry I didn't get to experience more of its short, weird, lovely existence, because it's been so much fun in just the small amount of time I've had to play it. Thank you! I will keep an eye out for more games from you in the future. <3
To players and developers - thanks :)
I will miss Glitch. I will never forget the lovely times and adorable friends I met here. Thank you Tiny Speck for creating something so beautiful and special! You guys gave me hope that it's possible to make meaningful and unique games in this industry. Even though the final outcome wasn't as we had imagined, all the love and dedication you put to build this amazing world were deeply appreciated and will never be forgotten by us. We all have learned many things and experienced so much through this game, and these are things we will carry on inside our hearts. Every Glitchen is a hero.

Thanks and all the best to all of you. It's been a pleasure to share one lifetime within Giant's dreams. :)

A note!
thank you.

thank you so much.

kisses, kt4000
Thank you and hallo
It was said a lot of times but there is never enough: thank you! For all the relax, peace of mind and imagination of Ur. And hallo to the future! To be bright as those memories I keep in my heart :)
Thanks for all the fish
This game was aweomse!

Thanks for all the fish.

Thank you!
Thank you for this wonderful game and all that came with it.

The beauty. The love. The calmness. The tranquility. The serenity. The sense of community.

Thanks to you and Glitch, I've found old friends and met a slew of new ones. I even had someone I hadn't seen around in years find me here with 12 hours left.

Glitch will always have a very special place in my heart.
Don't be sad because it closed. Be happy because it was....:)
Good Sir
I have never played a game online before. And truth be told, I probably never will again. Unless by some chance you get the band back together and make something in the future.

I hope that as heartbreaking as it mus be for you, that in time, the joy trumps the sadness. We'll all miss it, you, the rest of the team. How this game even lasted as long as it did is amazing. The concept: Visit strange worlds and be nice to each other. No end, no real enemy ( I mean let's be honest, the Rook was just misundestood), no goals that give you specific power over in the hell did you pitch this game? That's a story for the books.

Take care, you and your team know how much you're loved and appreciated, but I want to include my name on that list. I had a lot of laughs and made some friends because of this game, so thank you.

I wish you all nothing but world dominating success, with people like you in it, the good from Glitch may transfer to reality.
So long!
...and thanks for all the fish.
Thank you
Thank you!
If I were eloquent, I might have the right words to express my gratitude for your creative efforts and the safe, calm place your minds imagined and brought to life. As it is, all I can offer are my most sincere thanks and deep regret that it is ending. May your future journies be wonderfully vast. We will miss you dearly.
Goodbye Wonderful World!
Quite the opposite of a suicide note or Dear John letter.... I will truly miss and mourn the passing of our little world. But in my heart Glitch will be ever present(and on my hard drive. For i dumped loads of DR WHO videos to make space for video of the last days.) I will do everything that I can to make sure we are not forgotten in the real world. The Giants may awaken, but we are all still dreaming and creating, inspired by the creations of Tiny Speck. Thank you Stoot and all your pals and cohorts. I hope we all meet again someday. And if there is ever a real world meeting...there will be hugs and high fives .....AND SPLANKING! Goodnight my friends... Do not go gently into that good night. -Grimbly
I was just about to win the game!
Oh hai, stoot!
'Thank you' doesn't seem like enough, and 'I love this game' seems weak in comparison to how I feel about it all. I spent years looking for something even half as perfect as Glitch. I was pretty sure it couldn't exist. When I did find it, I clung to it hard. It was so beautiful to have a home online once again. Thank you to you and all of Tiny Speck a million millions.
A note!
thank you for this wonderful game. You know you've done a great job, when people say they have to cry about it ending. I'll never forget this place!! :( Hope you and all the others at Tiny Speck, go on to greater success. Hope to see you in the future. Take Care
A note for Stoot <3
Thank you, Stoot, for working on this game. Hard. So, so very hard. This game was more than I could've imagined or hoped for. No matter what, Glitch will live on in all of our hearts. This game was special, and was filled with so many wonderful people. Take care, and if you think that you won't ever succeed, remember all of the notes written here, by people you brought together. You're inside our thoughts. Best wishes, ~Alcie~
A note!
50 years young and another two firsts in my life ... joining and really loving an online MP game and witnessing its demise. Thank you so much for this wonderful escape from RL. If I could I would disappear with the rest of the code to wherever it goes from here. It was my truly happy place. <3
I'm sorry it had to end this way.
All of us players are devastated about losing Glitch, yet you and Tiny Speck bear the greater burden -- to shut down your creation, the game you have been developing for such a long time. I'm so sorry Glitch didn't take off. I'm so sorry that not enough people were this deeply enchanted by this wonderful project. I'm so sorry you had to let your team go. I'm also sorry that I will never get a chance to work in Glitch -- it's the first game I ever thought, "Hey, THIS is a project I would love to work on". To hell with AAA games, to hell with social networks and handheld games. This is where I wished my future would be. So, I'm sorry, but also I am very very thankful for the short time during which Ur was unleashed in the world. Thank you.
It's been an honor playing Glitch
Only been playing for a calendar year, but Ur has been my second home. I wish you and the creative crew behind this beautiful, melodius world the best of luck in your future ventures. Also, I here's hoping that with your history of making MMO's, the third time's a charm!
Much Love and Thanks!
Stoot, Thanks for the beautiful little world that let us be what we wanted to be and encouraged us to stretch our imaginations. I will miss this place immensely, but I will try to hold onto the sense of wonder I found here.
Another note
Thank you so much for all your hard work in creating this game with your team and for letting me be part of it .good luck in all you do Xoxoxox
Thank you
Thank you so much for such a wonderful game. I will miss it.
A note!
I don't know if you'll get to read this still, but thank you.
Until we meet again!
A simple thank you is not enough! This game has been a real pleasure and I will be looking for your next adventure into awesomeness, so until we meet again xoxoxo.. Miskey :)
A note!
Thank you
Thank you so much for a sweet little game that not enough people played. Please watch over my sweet butler, Saggedy Doo. I am afraid she will be lonely.
A note!
Thank you Stoot. :)
More Thank Yous.
Thank you for taking the time to do ending events. I've been through games shutting down before, and they don't take this into consideration of how important it is. It's like having a good ending to a wonderful story. :) Thanks again!
Thank you!
I had the most wonderful time in this world! I will always remember it fondly! Charlotte
This has been so special.
Stoot, thanks for everything you have done. Ur has been such a special place for so many of us, we're so glad for it. Also, you gave me my first cubi, you awesome man. =) Thanks, Rissa
Thanks for setting something beautiful loose in the world, at least for a little while.
A note!
I haven't played this game for long, but it has very quickly become important and dear to me. They're just pixels, but they're our pixels, dammit! All the best to you, Stoot, and your colleagues. Don't forget us - we'll all want to know what you're doing next. Much love. Sheree, Christchurch - NZ
So long, and thanks for all the fish!
It was fun!
