Play Cube question

Are A Summer's Day and Winter Walk still street spirit only or should it be in the Play Cube?

• I think the Play Cube is more for puzzle-like stuff, while A Summer's Day and Winter Walk aren't all too puzzle-y in comparison so they're probably still with vendors.

• As far as I can tell, those two are with vendors and Le Miserable has moved to the Play Cube.

• Can the play cube be re-used over and over or is it a one-time/limited use item (they should really state this in the info about it, imo)?

• Summers Day seems to have disappeared currently, it's neither cube nor vendor enabled.

• The quests on the Play Cube have a cool down time much like Winter Walk and A Summer's Day. One RL hour if I am not mistaken.
