Oh wow this is amazing, is that heart always there?

No there is a trick to lighting it. You had to click on the tips of the 3 icicles that were on the far right of the street (out of shot) in a particular order (largest to smallest I think). Unfortunately I never could get it to work. I was fortunate enough though that night that someone lit them up for me and I was able to get that shot
