blurry snapshots?

Is anyone else having a cinema verite experience with their camera?  And my snaps are all turning out blurry...

• That's because you have a Buzzed/Hangover buff. Just don't drink Hooch when you're gonna take photos. ;)

• Ok, looks like you were buzzed earler and the after effects linger on after the buzzed buff wears off.
  
  Pretty much like the real thing, wouldn't you say?
