Not a Bug but Need Help Please!

Hiya....small problem I am hoping you can help me resolve!  I'm running the Golden Ticket furniture hunt at the moment with one bag hidden in one of the old housing areas, Boan Stravenue Villa (which we no longer have access to!)....is there any chance I could get a single pass to go retrieve the bag so i can hide it somewhere else? (or maybe someone can grab it for me???) Whatever makes more sense on your end!  Any help is appreciated and sorry for the inconvenience!  ~MiNu
