Keep getting booted out of game!

I keep getting a message that says I havnt heard from the servers in a while...reloading blah blah blah.....what is going on???

Some client errors from your sessions that are logged when you are having problems indicate there is a connectivity issue for you. I mentioned in live help to you that you should submit the self help test results; after it finishes there is a link to automatically send the result in, then we can look at that. But I would start here first.
