Help!

After the house move, I lost my GNG. I looked everywhere! 
 Please Help!

• People who lost items in the move were not able to be helped through the forum - their best bet was to open a help case.   It's already been suggested to you to open a help case and if you do that, staff will be able to deal with you directly.  Unfortunately avoiding staff and any records they may keep about items that players have had will not help you at this point.
