Skill learning speed - halted skills
This may or may not be a bug -- it's based purely on my very faulty memory and/or may be how it's supposed to work.
When you stop a skill that had been sped up, it freezes. I did this with Meditative Arts 3. Because it was going to take so long now that it had been stopped, I saved it for the down time. I started learning it a few hours before the game went down.
I was messing around with the herbs and munched on the yellow crumb, which speeds up learning. I remember my rocks eyes moving very fast, but didn't think much of it... test was winding down and it wasn't really on my mind.
I thought I'd finish learning the skill sometime this afternoon. Yet, I finished learning it yesterday.
Did it speed up? Did the herb break the learning speed free? Can I just not add hours correctly? I dunno and as most of my skills left take days to complete, it'll be difficult for me to test.
