Rename an Elemental Pouch (Fizzbo)?

Found this on the ground, with the ability to rename it (I don't think I had the ability to pick it up):

I'd love to be able to rename other things too, such as the backpacks.

• Yep, once you get a few pouches/bags/sacks going, being able to name them should be essential...

• You can indeed name bags and elemental pouches. Unless you have the Element Handling skill you won't be able to pick up or use the elemental pouch, but if you buy a generic bag you'll be able to give it a name.
