Vendor and Shrines on map: Yay!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Knowing where particular vendors are would have been a massive help when I first started playing last test!

  if only we could teleport to anywhere on the map. new skills! teleportation 2 and 3 for movement within 1 region, and movement between any region respectively.
