i was wondering the same thing! just as well that i haven't spend 2 hours on penpersonship yet.

any guesses as to the type of permits available from having the bureaucratic arts skills?

i'm hoping that some of those are store permit, would like another way to sell stuff and make money besides auctioning.

I've already got the skill but saw no way to put it into practice while playing. I'm wondering if the quills come from birds but not chickens, as I checked those. A by-product of a rook attack perhaps?

One of the testers told me you could get a building permit and renovate your house, but that was waaaaaaaay back
