Clear, concise NDA

As a blogger and social media enthusiast, it would be very helpful to have a comprehensive NDA I can refer to, so I can make sure what I'm tweeting, posting etc is not something the TinySpeck doesn't want out there. Thank you ;)

  • My rule of thumb is anything they have released to the public is fair game. Anything they don't probably isn't.

  • That counts stuff from the main website, articles, or visible in the trailer, right?

  • I would think so as long as I'm quiet about what can't be discerned from the public stuff. Like if they showed an emotional bear in the trailer, I would feel comfortable in saying it's a bear cuz that's obvious, but not that it's called an emotional bear or what I can do with one.
