Where do I find the "projects" in the world?

• If you look at the map and see a semi-transparent street, that means it's not built yet, but that there is a Project happening on the closest street to build it. Go to that street and talk to the vendor.

• there are also "street upgrade" projects that aren't visible on the map.

  .. and then ask in the chat channel for that group where the projects are.
