problem customising my character with firefox

Hi, not sure if i'm doing something wrong as most other seem to have managed to customise their character but some options don't seem to be visible on Firefox on my machine.
Only very few options are available where it involves colours.
Anyone else has similar probs?

• Yup, only able to choose the avatars given to you at the start - Chrome 5.0.375.99 beta, Vista Basic

• I had the same problem when I first started yesterday. I eventually found that on the home page of this site, not in the world, theres a link to click that says, Design Your Avatar. At this time it seems the site needs a lot of reloads to get everything to pull correctly.
