Where's this encyclopedia I hear tell about?

I'm looking for a list of trophies, maybe, or at least a compendium of Musicblocks. Someone mentioned an encyclopedia, but I'm striking out. Does it exist, and if so.... where? :-)

• You should make it a wiki, and then actually pull game infos from it to show in the game. ^^
