Misleading game hints while super pooped

While I am hanging around, super pooped due to excessive dying, my local chat and the on screen pop-ups keep telling me to eat something because my energy is low.  It seems like these should be disabled when the user is super pooped, because eating food when super pooped destroys the food and doesn't add energy.

• Agreed! I should have known about being super pooped, but didn't because I never do no no. Until today when I embraced the oh yes yes for the feat. I ate a TON and upped my mood up up up to see if that would get me to be able to eat.
  
  Maybe it doesn't matter because I learned (via a bug report -- thanks Jade for filling me in), but it is still a confusing message.
