zilloween street decoration

Hey, 

Wouldn't it be awesome to be able to humiliate the rocks, trees, pigs and chickens on your street by dressing them in fetching little costumes? Wouldn't it be lovely to TP your friend's streets, or possibly egg their cottage?

I'd like that.
