Let subscribers opt out of home street ads

Now that the butler has started shilling for TS, I think at least subscribes should be able to opt out of these ads.

"Beeker (Janitch)  Psst. Boss. Boss! You like Glitch, yes? Well apparently if you openly declare that you like it on the Facebook, it magically generates credits. Oh, the mysteries of modern life!"

Otherwise, the only option is to shut them up completely, which means that we won't see Rook alerts either.
