[Forum] Thread tags in the ideas forum

not even sure if this fits into the ideas forum, since it isn't really about the game, but the forum itself xP
issue: if you've been active in the ideas forum for at least 20 days, or you like to browse past the first 2 pages, it's possible you'll have noticed many new threads are rehashing of older ideas
sometimes said rehashing is a reasoned rehashing, which restates an old idea with some change in the attempt to give it a new fresh start or anyway to further develop it
other times said rehashing are unintentional rehashing, or "bumping in an other thread", which sometimes would add something new to the old idea since they're unintentional and so came to the same idea from a different thought road, other times there is nothing new to be added
keeping aside the consideratons about the novelty of an idea posted in the ideas forum, the common result is having the same idea fragmentated on different threads, or paraphrased, having many threads about very similar ideas
that fragmentation in itself isn't totally bad, but more often than not something is lost in the rehashing
idea: user submitted tags for threads, and tag based search
since we users obviously can't merge threads, nor would be good to get more resources on forum moderation than on game developing, the idea would be to have a forum tool(tags) which allow users to simply create relations between similar threads and ideas
the most important difference from what i linked at the start is that the tags wouldn't be limited prewritten tags that only need to get flagged/enable, but the forum user would be able to add any text as tag to any thread, and having multiple tags per thread, creating so a connection with all the other threads with the same tag
a tag based search would be essential to give this all some sense, also having the tags on the thread being clickable links to the related tag search result
end consideration: i fully know adding tags would require a change in the forum, which would require work and time, i'm not asking for this to be done asap/now
this is mostly a suggestion for the first chance when the forums will get eventually renewed (someday it'll have to happen xD)
