Garden Gnomes

I think the time that garden gnomes show their announcement is a bit to short for the amount of text u can put in. In my oppinion the time that a garden gnome displays the text should be a bit longer, especially cause it doesnt show in local chat.

Just an impulsive idea :)

• I like the ability to click on the gnome idea - sometimes you miss what he says and need to wait for a bit too long.
