Minimum level before being able to create a group
So many single participant groups seem to be created by low level players. Recommend having a minimum level before player can create a group - maybe level 20 or so. This would ensure the player is at least going to probably stay in the game a while and is hopefully mature enough to be an admin to the group if they were able to stick with the game the few weeks it takes to make it to level 20.

I see your point, but perhaps level restriction is the wrong approach. Some players progress through levels quite slowly and after the introduction of imagination, there is just not that much focus on levels as there used to be (for better or worse).
Perhaps instead make a time frame for how long a group can exist with just one member? Say if my group has only me as member for more than 10 days - group is annulled?
