Remove learning speed cards for Glitchen who have all skills!

I have learned all the skills I can possibly learn, but I still have lots of learning upgrades that I haven't bought and will never need. If no more skills are going to be added, would it be possible to yank all the learning speed and brain capacity cards for those who already have all their skills? I get them practically every time I reshuffle and I'm tempted to waste what little iMG I have just to get them out of the way. Alternatively, a way to remove cards permanently from the deck would be nice (for example I will never need any of the control freak upgrades, but I think I bought them anyway just to get them out of the deck). Or maybe TS could reduce the prices of cards - the real issue is I have such limited time to rack up iMG and so many things I want to spend it on!
